One-on-one coaching has emerged as a promising alternative to traditional professional development models. Recent research suggests this type of professional development provides the most overall impact on student achievement.
We are all aware that training is crucial for early childhood educators. We also know that the most significant learning outcomes are realized when there is ongoing coaching and mentoring designed to meet the needs of all stakeholders. We work with you to build human capacity at every level creating an environment of innovation and sustainability.

Define Coaching:
Successful coaching involves shared understanding.
We support your development of these understandings, including What is coaching? What are your goals? How will you develop an effective system for reaching those goals?
Develop a vision and core values
for your school or organization. Create this vision collaboratively with school leaders, trainers, teachers, coaches, and parents.
Train coaches:
Coaches need ongoing mentoring and professional development. An effective teacher does not ensure an effective coach for other teachers. Successful coaching involves new Learning.
- Begin with listening, listening, and more listening. Make sure that the coach trainers are skilled at working with adults.
- Be mindful of the issues of culture and climate at the school. A toxic environment can impede successful coaching.
