Develop a vision and core values

for your school or organization. Create this vision collaboratively with school leaders, trainers, teachers, coaches, and parents.

Train coaches:

Coaches need ongoing mentoring and professional development. An effective teacher does not ensure an effective coach for other teachers. Successful coaching involves new Learning.

• Begin with listening, listening, and more listening. Make sure that the coach trainers are skilled at working with adults.
• Be mindful of the issues of culture and climate at the school. A toxic environment can impede successful coaching.

• Promotes retention of effective teachers,
• Creates equitable schools where every child thrives.

We support school leaders in the:

• Nurturing a positive school culture and climate.
• Modeling and Cultivating leadership in others. (Building resilience and community)
• Collaborating with school teams to create models of innovative Instruction
• Creating and Managing people, data, processes, and systems

We support teachers in the following ways:

• Goal Setting
• Developing classroom management skills
• Creating nurturing engaging classroom environments
• Effective teaching strategies aligned with schools’ philosophy, standards, and instructional model
• Observation, assessment, and evaluation
• Self-Care and healthy habits

(These teachers then become the coaches for their peers.)
